Children should spend time inside and outside

In my opinion I strongly agree that children should spend part of their leisure time inside and part of their leisure time outside because if you spend half of your leisure time inside you will be relaxed. I think kids should spend half their leisure time outside too because it will be really fun playing in the sunshine and they will be enjoying themselves outside in the fresh air.
