MY OPINION - Kids should spend part of their leisure time inside and part of it outside

In my opinion I disagree because sometimes the kids might want to stay outside for a little longer. Or sometimes during their spare time it might rain so the kids might have to stay inside all day. Sometimes they can get stuck on their iPad or iPhone or computer and stay in the house all day. They can also play outside with their dog or pet all day.
